Chennai orders: Order will be arranged for delivery on the 2nd business day. If it gets delayed beyond that order amount will be refunded as loyalty points.
Non-Chennai orders: Only the dispatch date can be assured by layamfoods.com. With respect to delivery if it is beyond the mentioned delivery time, the issue will be raised with our courier partner and delivery will be arranged in 24-48hrs. If it gets delayed further, reshipment will be processed.
If an ordered product is out of stock, our team will contact you immediately. You can opt for a full monetary refund to your original payment method or instant store credit / loyalty points for your next purchase.
Approved refunds for damaged, wrong, missing, or unfulfilled products can be returned directly to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) or issued as store loyalty points based on your preference.
If you receive a damaged or leaking product, please share photographs of the product and unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Upon validation, we will arrange a replacement or process a full refund to your original payment method.
Yes. Monetary refunds for valid claims (damaged, defective, wrong item, or unfulfilled order) are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
You will be notified well in advance regarding the missed out products. Apart from this, if there is a discrepancy in the order, it will be verified with the photographs of the products received against the photograph of the physical invoice attached along with your order.
